Rhododendron honey can be defined as a niche honey because its production is not certain from year to year. Its blossom is between june and july. Its production is mainly in the Alps mountain chain from Valle d'Aosta to Trentino-Alto Adige. It has a range of color which goes from white to straw yellow.
